Refund policy
We care deeply about your wellness journey, and while our products are made with love and quality, we understand things may not always go as planned.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Post this window, cancellations are not guaranteed as the order may already be processed. To cancel, email us at support@shroomveda.com with your order ID.
Due to the nature of consumable health products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or delivered, unless:
- You receive the wrong product
- The product is damaged on arrival
- The seal is broken or tampered with You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof of packaging and product.
If approved for a refund (due to damage or order error), the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note:
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via store credit or bank transfer
We offer a first-time satisfaction guarantee. If you're unhappy with your first purchase, write to us within 10 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
